All you need to know: Oneblock is falling down, you may move it left and right, or rotate it by pressingcontrol keys. The goal is to make a solid horizontal line when it hits theground or other blocks. When a line is made, it disappears and all blocks aboveit will move down one line. Game is over if a falling block is stopped at thetop line.
